Disengagement, Breakaway and Self Defence

Now on Computer CD

Written with the health and caring services in mind, but ideal for everyone, this unique well illustrated production from Pepar Publications was originally produced as an 80 page book.

It includes methods of personal safety awareness, avoidance and de-fusion skills with simple to learn legal self defence moves.

Although physical skills are best learnt and practised with a qualified instructor, this product gives a good idea of the possibilities, includes in "further reading" details of courses available, and serves as a useful reminder to those who have attended practical courses.

Now Pepar have ceased book production, this scanned version is available with their consent on computer CD for home use.

The CD is in PowerPoint (part of Microsoft Office) format and, for those without, includes a "read only" version of PowerPoint with simple operating instructions.
