Berrywood News

November 2000

The farm at Berrywood Asylum, latterly St Crispin's Mental Hospital Duston, has been designated as a future craft centre. My paternal Grandparents lived in a cottage there as my Grandfather Henry Stephen WORNHAM was the head cattleman at the adjoining farm and my maternal Grandparents George Watkin RUDKIN and Kate Elizabeth, nee VALENTINE worked at the hospital as an Attendant (latterly nurse). My cousin, Rosemary KING of Duston is on the planning committee.
- see here a copy of the proposed plans.
